Entry Requirements

• Each candidate must have a certificate of completion of the course “Initial training for work on oil tankers and chemical tankers” (paragraph 6.1 of Regulation V / l-1 of the STCW Convention).

Purpose : formation of students’ knowledge, abilities, skills that meet the standard of competence in advanced training for cargo operations on chemical tankers specified in paragraph 3 of Section A-V / 1-1 Chapter V of the Convention STCW.

Category of listeners : Masters, Chief Engineers, Chief Mates, Second Engineers, Chief Electrical Engineers, Category 1 refrigeration engineers and any persons directly responsible for loading, unloading, precautions during transportation , cargo handling, tank cleaning or other cargo operations on chemical tankers.
