Knowledge Assessment Software Package (PKOZ)

The e-SMART knowledge assessment software package (PKOZ) “Navigator” is designed to assess the knowledge of the navigational staff of sea-going vessels in accordance with the requirements of Section A-II / 1, A-II / 2 and A-II / 3 of the STCW Convention and other international regulatory documents regulating the safety of navigation and the prevention of environmental pollution.

e-SMART PCAP is developed in accordance with the recommendations of Section B-I / 6 of the STCW Code “Guidelines for training and assessment” in the part of “Guidelines for assessing the progress of a trainee and the progress made during training using distance and e-learning tools.” …

e-SMART PKOZ allows you to test the knowledge of boatmasters, both the operational level (Officer in charge of the navigational watch) and the management level (Chief Officer in Chief and Master), for the three functions of MK STCW:

1. Navigation;
2. Cargo handling and placement;
3. Managing ship operations and caring for people on board.
