Entry Requirements

• Applicants applying for 16 hours of reduced training must have a valid certificate of completion of the course “Basic Safety Training” (paragraph 2 of Regulation V / 1-1 of the STCW Convention) and a certificate of completion of the course “Training of the ship’s security officer.”

Purpose : formation of students’ knowledge, abilities, skills that meet the standard of competence in the field of training of ship’s command personnel responsible for security (Section A-VI / 5, Table A-VI / 5 MK STCW).
