• Higher or secondary specialized education, experience in the field of sea and river transport.

Purpose : Improving the qualifications of persons appointed responsible for ensuring the safe operation of ships on SMS on the GDP, holding the positions of executive heads and specialists of organizations and their departments carrying out the transportation of passengers and goods on inland waterways, deepening and expanding their professional knowledge, knowledge of regulatory and technical regulations governing the safety of navigation, management methods for the safe operation of ships, methods of technical operation of ships and ship equipment, familiarization with modern types of ship technology, the results of research work on operational support activities of the fleet, for the operation of ship power plants, ship machines, mechanisms, electrical equipment, taking into account domestic and foreign experience.
