In January 2018, TC “Flagman” passed a voluntary procedure for certification of the quality management system of the FAU “Russian Maritime Register of Shipping” for compliance with the requirements of IS ISO 9001: 2015.

According to the certificate of conformity, the quality management system of ChU DPO UTC “Flagman” applies to the design and provision of educational services in the field of additional education and vocational training.

All the requirements of MK STCW, MS ISO 9001: 2015 are applicable to the quality management system of the TTC, the scope of the quality management system covers all training programs and courses, exams and assessments conducted by the center, as well as the qualifications and experience required from instructors and examiners, taking into account the policy , systems, control and revision of internal quality assurance systems established to meet the stated objectives.

One of the requirements of the implemented quality standards system MS ISO 9001: 2015 is to understand the needs and expectations of interested parties, which is defined, documented in the Quality Manual of ChU DPO UTTS “Flagman”, and regulates its activities.

Requirements on the part of the State are normative and obligatory for the implementation of the processes of the quality management system of the “Flagman” training center. Based on the interests of consumers of the provided educational services, UTC sets the goals of its activities and plans measures to achieve them.
