CES – CREW EVALUATION SYSTEM

The test is designed to assess professional knowledge of seafarers and is an online assessment tool used to identify training needs specific to the areas of expertise identified in the STCW.

CES is one of the most used tools in the industry to assess crew knowledge; The test was developed in 1995 and is the first online solution since 2010.

Since then, the system has recorded several million results and is currently installed in more than 350 companies around the world.

Testing consists of a database of questions with more than 6500 questions for all sections of the STCW.

The test feature offers predefined test types with advanced “randomization” of questions so that users do not remember the specific conditions of the questions.
